Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all components and manuals are included, and clearly mark the outside of the box with your RMA number.

Dispatch the Parcel

Send your return to our central warehouse using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe arrival; return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Quality Inspection & Refund
